Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. During preorder periods, orders may take up to 14 business days to ship.

 

• We do not combine orders. Each order is processed and shipped separately.

• Once an order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If a U.S order is not delivered within 30 days (excluding holidays) we will resend your order or refund any items we are unable to replace.  Canadian orders will be replaced or refunded if not delivered within 60 business days (excluding holidays).
